Chapel Hill Denham Management Limited licensed by the SEC as a Fund/Portfolio Manager and hitherto, as a Broker/Dealer, has transferred its brokerage license and functions to Chapel Hill Denham Securities Limited. The transfer of the securities trading business ensures that the Chapel Hill Denham Group has implemented effective ‘Chinese Walls’ across the business in keeping with international best practice.
